A magnificent two storey Georgian style mansion surrounded by extensive parklands and surprisingly no fences . The Archbishop believed in divine providence and that it would provide all of the necessary protection . Brendan pounded on the front door and shouted, “Let me in, let me in .”
His antics were enough to startle the neighbourhood dogs into barking . The porch light went on and the housekeeper, cautious as always, peered out from behind the partially opened door and asked in an agitated voice .
